Registered Dental Hygienist
Kalynn graduated from the LSU School of Dentistry in 2003 and has been a part of Dr. Matt’s team since 2014. Bringing over 22 years of experience as a Registered Dental Hygienist, she has spent her career making a positive difference in her patients’ lives.
Born and raised in Ascension Parish, Kalynn loves caring for the same community she calls home. She’s known for her calming, reassuring approach and takes pride in helping patients feel comfortable during their visits. Dentistry isn’t just a profession for Kalynn, it’s a calling rooted in faith, compassion, and connection.
Outside the office, Kalynn enjoys watching baseball and football, camping, and cheering on her son, Bryant, in his many sports. She and her husband, Justin, have been married since 2012 and love the life they’ve built together.
A fun fact? Kalynn has dyslexia and proudly credits it for giving her the determination to work hard and never give up on her goals. She lives by the words of Saint Teresa of Ávila: “In this life we cannot do great things. We can only do small things with great love.”
HEATHER
Insurance Coordinator
Heather became part of our team in 2021, bringing over 20 years of experience in the dental field and a passion for helping patients feel comfortable and cared for. She loves working in a family oriented environment where both patients and team members feel at home.
As the practice’s Insurance Coordinator, Heather takes pride in helping patients understand their insurance benefits and treatment options with ease. Her friendly, approachable nature and attention to detail make her a trusted resource for both patients and coworkers alike.
Originally from Greenville, South Carolina, Heather has called Louisiana home for the past 13 years. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with family and friends. She and her husband have been married for 24 years and have a teenage daughter who keeps them busy.
A fun fact? Heather is a proud Clemson Tiger and Buffalo Bills fan!
Abigayle
Dental Assistant
Abby quickly became a dependable part of our team when she joined in 2022. Earning a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a concentration in Human Movement Sciences and a minor in Biology from LSU, she plans to attend dental school to further her career in the field she loves.
Her passion for dentistry started all the way back in fourth grade after a caring dentist made a lasting impression, inspiring her to create the same positive experience for her own patients. Today, Abby’s friendly approach and commitment to learning help ensure that every patient leaves the office smiling.
Born and raised in Gonzales, Abby loves being part of a team that feels more like family. Outside of the office, you can find her cooking, working out, reading, or relaxing at her camp with friends and family.
A fun fact? Abby’s missing a bottom tooth (but thanks to braces, you’d never know!) Her favorite saying, “Everything happens for a reason,” reflects her positive outlook both in and out of the office.
Kelsi
Patient Coordinator & Marketing Director
Kelsi joined our team in 2023 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from SELU. She enjoys expanding her knowledge of dentistry and finds fulfillment in building connections with patients.
Taking pride in utilizing her background in accounting, managing, and marketing, Kelsi loves problem solving and being creative. She enjoys finding new solutions for patient communication and scheduling, creating website and social media content, and designing staff merch.
Being from Lutcher, Kelsi appreciates the family oriented and supportive environment of the practice. Outside of the office she enjoys family time, cheering on the LSU Tigers, and binge watching Bravo TV. Kelsi and her husband Mason met in college and their world revolves around their son, Kol.
A fun fact? Kelsi has an intense fear of plastic buttons! When it comes to inspiration, her favorite saying is the simple, yet effective, “Google it”.

Haley joined our dental family in 2023, bringing over 12 years of experience and a genuine passion for helping patients feel confident in their smiles. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene and is licensed in local anesthesia and nitrous oxide.
Her love for dentistry began at a young age, inspired by a desire to help people feel comfortable at the dentist. Known for her gentle, thorough care and patient education, Haley finds it deeply rewarding to help others see their smiles in a new, positive light.
Originally from Ruston, Louisiana, Haley loves that Randall Family Dentistry combines a small town feel with modern, high quality care. Outside the office, she enjoys reading, doing puzzles, spending time outdoors, and being with her husband and their three children — Spencer, Sarah Collins, and Chloe.
A fun fact? Haley loves music and regularly sings with her church’s worship team.

Dental Assistant, EDDA Certified
Cassidy became a part of the team in 2023, bringing 7 years of dental experience and a true calling for helping patients feel comfortable and confident. As an EDDA certified assistant, she combines skill, precision, and compassion in everything she does.
Cassidy has always loved working with people and using her hands, and dentistry allows her to do both while making a meaningful difference every day. Her friendly, gentle approach help patients feel at ease, and she’s always ready to lend a hand wherever she’s needed.
Originally from Central, Louisiana, Cassidy appreciates being part of a family-oriented practice where patients truly feel cared for like family. Outside the office, Cassidy loves reading, practicing yoga, and traveling. She also enjoys spending time with her golden retriever, Jasper, who’s perfect, spoiled, and knows it!

Brittany joined the team in 2025, bringing 15 years of experience in the oral health field. Earning her Hygiene degree from Pearl River Community College in Hattiesburg, she was drawn to dental hygiene of its focus on prevention.
Brittany has a genuine passion for helping patients maintain their health and building trusting relationships. Known for her calming, reassuring approach, she takes pride in helping anxious patients feel comfortable and cared for. She also loves contributing to a team dedicated to making every patient experience positive.
A proud graduate of St. Amant High, Brittany currently resides in Walker with her son who will be starting college next year. Outside of the office, this music lover enjoys going to concerts, watching a true crime documentary or getting lost in a mystery podcast.
A fun fact? Brittany plays the guitar, piano and clarinet. She finds inspiration in the John Lennon quote: “Life is what happens to you while you’re busy making other plans.”
